Olympics

The summer Olympics are so much more entertaining than the winter Olympics. Give me a 4x100 relay, any event with Phelps, or NBA vs. the world any day of the week. I love it!

I am going to be out of blogging land for a few days. I'll be back next weekend.

Here's the question I leave you with: what is your favorite event in the Summer Games?

Gymnastics (men or women) is my favorite, but I love swimming, too. I just love it all. I love the spirit of competition, and I love to cheer for the USA team. Karen

Women's gymnastics is my favorite... though, I also love indoor and beach volleyball, swimming, diving, men's gymnastics, soccer, basketball, and all the running events in track and field. Don't really care too much for badminton.

I like the 1st to the finish line / who's ahead when the clock runs out kinds of stuff. The judged events don't do as much for me.

1) swimming
2) track
3) basketball

Has to be basketball. Seeing those guys slam dunk from every direction is awesome! They are on a mission & I hope they bring home the gold for all of us.

During the Olympics I enjoy sports I can't watch otherwise so I discount basketball, soccer, etc.
With that said, my favorite is track.

My favorite sports are tennis and basketball in the Olympics. I'm glad that James Blake beat Roger Fedder. Team USA needs to win gold.
I think the the 2016 Olympics should be in Chicago so I can go.
Go USA!

I love most of the summer Olympic events, and this year has been amazing! These events had me on the edge of my seat this week: swimming (mainly Torres and Phelps), gymnastics, and track. -Karen S.
